Overview
Burbio is looking for highly analytical and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and Generative AI Model Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching products for our clients that leverage generative AI to deliver data-driven insights that provide them positive ROI. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and creative problem-solving. This entry-level position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the convergence of artificial intelligence and data analytics. The job is 100% remote with periodic meetings in our Bloomington, IN headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Product Development: Assist in the creation of data-driven products and models leveraging advanced Google Sheets functionality, Google Colab, Looker Studio, Big Query and generative AI techniques. Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and fine-tune generative AI models. Contribute to the design, development, and testing of these products.
- Data Analysis: Conduct analysis of structured and unstructured data using traditional and generative AI techniques. Extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends to inform product development.
- Data Visualization: Translate data findings into visually compelling and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards. Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and data analysis techniques. Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of generative AI models and data products to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, model development, and product integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, including data cleaning, EDA, and data visualization.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and proficiency in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning concepts, as well as generative AI models.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.
